Greenspring Realty Partners, or GRP, is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition of opportunistic real estate investments and value add after initial acquisition. GRP selectively advises and provides sophisticated and comprehensive brokerage services including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and development consulting services.  

As a result of the diligent work of its Principals, David Berg, Dan Flamholz, and Nicki Berg, the GRP portfolio contains a diverse mix of industrial, flex, office, and retail properties that provide above market returns for its investors.

The Berg Corporation, or Berg Demo, is full service demolition and environmental remediation company based in Baltimore, Maryland, working throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Hawkins Management, LLC is an landfill management company based in Baltimore, Maryland, servicing landfills throughout the Mid-Atlantic, including the State of Maryland's only privately permitted asbestos landfill.
